ART FOR ALL TASTES
Is it time for a change of view at home? - Just decorated
and looking for something new to complete the picture? We can
provide the answer with a huge variety of artworks to suit every
pocket and taste. From £50 to £1000 in oils, acrylic, watercolour
and other mediums - representative and contemporary - large and
small. Whatever your decor we will have something to compliment
it.
If the past four years are anything to go by we will have over
400 paintings on view together with a wide selection of ceramics
and sculpture. So you have a good chance of finding just the right
thing -AND it will be by a local artist AND at a realistic
price.
We are on the look out for next year's opening speaker, if you
have any suggestions of someone who might be interested in opening
the exhibition or are yourself a famous local ( Yes HRH we do count
Windsor as Local :) ) then please do get in touch.
WHAT'S NEW THIS YEAR?
Another gallery to extend
the displays of paintings, ceramics and sculpture. Workshops all day Saturday &
Sunday - organised with the help of The Reading Guild these are
strictly limited on numbers and hosted by eminent local artists and
tutors. Light Refreshments -
take a break with coffee and biscuits or tea and cake before you
carry off your purchases.
BUYING -
Buying is strictly on a first come first served basis and purchased
paintings will be clearly marked. You should please collect your
painting after the exhibition and between 4 and 5 p.m. on the
Sunday. If this is impractical please consult a steward and it may
be possible for you to take your purchase with you. Prize winning
entries will remain until the end of the exhibition.
PAYMENT - We prefer
payment by cheque or cash but can accept payment by credit or debit
card. However payment by ANY card attracts a commission charge to
us of nearly 4% and so reduces the amount raised for charity.
