Delivery
of Artworks is to be made to
St. Joseph’s Convent on Friday 8th October
between Noon and 5pm. It would greatly assist the organisers if paintings
are delivered as early as possible - especially the large ones.
Display Pictures
These are the exhibits, which must be the work of the entrant. They
must be labelled on the reverse with the artist's name and address along
with the Title, Medium and Price. Not for sale are to be labelled N.F.S.
Framed Pictures should have hooks and eyes and the cord should be taut -
all ready for hanging. No clip frames are permitted.
Folio Pictures
Folio Pictures should be
mounted and covered with cellophane or plastic. They should be labelled in
the same way as Display Pictures. They will be displayed in racks.
Conditions
Low priced items may be grouped for entry at the discretion of the
Committee. The Committee reserves the right to reject any item submitted
and return the entry fee. Whilst normal care will be taken with the
Artworks, the organisers hold no insurance for individual items, and
cannot, therefore, accept any responsibility for loss or damage however
caused. If you wish your works to be insured, then this is your
responsibility.
Sale of Artworks
Purchasers will be required to pay the sale price in full,
and will be
allowed to
take away the artwork immediately after payment.
Preview
All entrants and their family and friends are cordially invited to
a Preview, with nibbles and wine, on Friday 8th October
between 7pm - 9pm at
St. Joseph’s Convent. Tickets are limited and early purchase is
recommended.

No item is to be removed from the exhibition before the 4pm closing
time on the Sunday, other than in exceptional circumstances and approved
by the Committee member in charge. All exhibits must be collected from
between 4:30pm and 5:30pm on Sunday 27th September.
No work may be removed by anyone other than an official steward, and must
be registered by the collection officer at the end of the exhibition. Any
picture or item not collected at the end of the Exhibition will be charged
