ARTISTS INFORMATION

PRIZES This year we are changing the prize structure and will be awarding 3 Prizes of £150, £100 and £50. We will not separate professional and amateur artists.

PEOPLES CHOICE  - Visitors to the Preview Evening will be asked to select their Top Three paintings.

DELIVERY & COLLECTION OF PAINTINGS  - Please also see Conditions of Entry. Delivery is to the School between Noon and 4.30 p.m. on October 8th and collection is between 4.30 and 5.30 p.m. on October 10th.

ENTRY FEES AND COMMISSION CHARGES  - Entry Fees have been  changed to reflect the ease of hanging of different sizes of exhibits. Last year we introduced a facility for purchasers to pay by credit or debit card as fewer people carry cheques or large amounts of cash. This proved popular and made sales easier. However payment by either card attracts a charge of nearly 4% and we have been obliged to increase the commission charge to cover this.
